I'm little chubby but very determined. I don't have a goal weight cause I'll stop when I'm happy. I want to build muscle, burn fat and tone up. I have struggled with bulimia since I was 12, I'm 20 now and am still struggling but am no where near as bad as I once was, the last time I had trouble with it was Easter. I will be fit, I will be strong and I will be happy.

3 oz grilled chicken breast, cut in bite sized pieces,
 3 cups mixed dark greens, ( aragula,lettuce, spinach),
 1/2 apple chopped, slice cucumber(side to taste) 
1 tbsp pecans and almonds chopped, fresh squeeze lemon ( just to taste) 
pinch of salt and pepper,
 1 tbsp of olive oil, cold pressed, 
and a drop of balsamic vinegar.
 combined all of them, dress with lemon, olive oil and balsamic,
 then top it with grilled chicken. 
THIS RECIPE IT WILL BE 283 TO 295 CALORIES ONLY!
